01 Eco-tuning and Firmware E85
You can always reduce your fuel costs by using optimized firmware on your car, so-called ECO-tuning.
You get lower consumption while maintaining power characteristics.
These firmwares do not turn the car into a "vegetable".
Much of course depends on the condition of the car, operating conditions and maintenance. But on average, the savings obtained are 10-15%.
E85 - firmware for adapting engine operation to renewable fuel with an ethanol content of up to 85% and an octane number of at least 104 (RON), suitable for vehicles that meet Flex fuel (FFV) requirements.

02 Stage 1/2 (Power firmware)
Stage 1/2 are conventional names for firmware with increased power and torque.
The main goal and objective of Stage 1/2 firmware is to increase comfort for everyday driving and operation of the car, improve the responsiveness of the accelerator pedal, increase the speed of gear shifting and the smoothness of its operation, significantly improve the dynamic characteristics and elasticity of the engine and is in no way connected with aggressive firmware for motorsports.
Stage 1/2 is done so that you can simply quickly integrate into the flow from the acceleration lane or during city maneuvering, and also eliminate the annoying dullness of the gas pedal and the operation of the automatic transmission.
For VAG, BMW, Mercedes group cars, the automatic transmission can also be separately reprogrammed to increase its efficiency and speed of operation.
Stage 1 - does not require removal or shutdown of environmental systems.
Stage 2 - gives even more power. But if the particulate filter or GPF is in an unsatisfactory condition, it may require removal or replacement, or installation of a downpipe, or installation of a sports catalytic converter.
Stage 1/2 firmware is the removal of software restrictions set by the manufacturer. That is, the plant had already provided and calculated a higher power, but due to various reasons, it set these restrictions for the local market.
Dynamic measurements in road conditions can be carried out using Dragy (via satellite) or using Dyno Drive, which measures power and torque via an OBD connector, similar to measurements on a dyno stand.
Stage 1/2 firmware does not and cannot lead to abnormal or increased wear of your car's components and assemblies.
Also a frequent "side" effect is a decrease in fuel consumption. Those who have done it before, always do it on a new car. And those who have not encountered this, it is definitely worth doing.
After flashing, no special or frequent maintenance is required. With normal technical condition and maintenance of the car - the result obtained will also be normal and predictable.
And it is important to understand that chip tuning does not work at idle, at a stable speed on cruise control. Chip tuning works during acceleration, when you press the gas pedal accordingly. And you only need a week to get used to the new power and during our entire practice there have been practically no cases of returning to stock power.
It is also possible to optimize the operation of the following systems and units: Removing the throttle valve, Deactivating the cylinder deactivation system COD (VAG), EVAP, Disabling the flow meter, Disabling the catalytic converter purge system, Disabling the operation of the valve in the outlet, Disabling the swirl flaps, Disabling the immobilizer, Increasing the pressure of the engine oil VAG 3.0D (eliminating the factory bug), Disabling the operation of FAP additives for PSA group cars, Deactivating or inverting the operation of the Start / Stop system (VAG, BMW, MB), make Pops & Bangs or Burbles.
We also restore original firmware for engine and automatic transmission ECUs, and correct incorrect decisions to increase power and optimize the operation of environmental systems.
You can always return the factory original firmware or change the current combination of options in the firmware. It is also possible to activate hidden functions for VAG, BMW, Mercedes.

03 Optimization of ecological systems (AdBlue, DPF, EGR, Cat)
Optimization of environmental systems AdBlue, DPF, EGR, Cat All modern cars are equipped with such systems as: AdBlue, DPF, EGR, Catalyst and others.
It is important to understand that all these systems are installed for sale in certain countries and are not mandatory everywhere. And while the car is under warranty, all problems with repair and replacement of failed elements lie with the dealer-car dealership. And after the end of the warranty, you will in any case face the need to replace or service them, and you will be unpleasantly surprised by the cost of repairing even a minor breakdown.
Therefore, you can always "optimize" your car to work without these systems. Which does not affect the change in smoke or the content of soot particles in the exhaust. And even more so, it cannot prevent the passage of maintenance.
The purpose of these firmwares is to save your money and time. Also to avoid emergency modes of operation of the car or even prohibit starting and impossibility of its operation.
Regarding the particulate filter. Due to the inefficiency of its cleaning procedures, the high cost of the original ones, we offer the installation of universal particulate elements with the toxicity standards of Euro-5 and Euro-6, and the corresponding software settings. Universal filters have proven themselves well and are capable of "driving" up to 100-150,000 km. To remove the emergency one, it is enough to carry out software work, and the filter, until the moment of choosing the "solution" option for it, acts as a passive (without functionality) exhaust gas cleaning system.
The same applies to catalysts for gasoline cars.
Regarding AdBlue. Any malfunction of any element in this system entails a limitation of the remaining mileage or a ban on starting the engine. It is solved programmatically without mechanical work.
Regarding the EGR system. In short, you can optimize its operation and close the flow of engine exhaust products back into the intake and combustion chamber, and actually clogging the intake, which entails unstable and incorrect engine operation. In most cases, it can be deactivated programmatically without the need for mechanical manipulation.
Software work on one ecological system does not affect or lead to incorrect operation of other systems.
Ecological firmware can be considered as a temporary or permanent solution to problems and the ability to use your car "now".

04 ECU cloning
In modern cars, it is not possible to simply physically replace the engine control unit or automatic transmission, they simply will not work.
To do this, you need to do a complete transfer of all data from your control unit to the donor one, with the transfer of VIN, IMMO data, ISN and the firmware itself.
We also do cloning of other control units for almost all brands and clearing of Crash-data in SRS units.

Or if something still does not suit you, then you can return the car to the stock state at any time depending on the condition of the car (according to statistics, 90% cars are in normal technical condition) and the goals that need to be achieved, then the stages of the firmware process may vary.
